Let's make schools accessible for persons with vision impairment.

What is the social issue we are addressing?

Printed and written texts are not completely accessible to people with vision impairment. This means that a lot of print material from newspapers to legal documents to office documents to bills all become inaccessible to our friends with vision impairment. This cuts off a lot of educational opportunities for them and thus a lot of job opportunities as well.
Here is a first step to make education accessible to persons with vision impairment by making libraries accessible.

How are we addressing this social issue?

We shall identify government public libraries or libraries inside government schools and make them accessible by installing KIBO (Knowledge in A Box) device. This is a powerful AI-enabled solution that can scan any printed or written material placed below it. Here is what it can do post scanning:

1. Digitize the scanned material into a searchable PDF file.
2. Audiotize the scanned material right away!
3. Translate the audio file to 60+ global languages including 13 Indian languages that the user is comfortable with. The moment an institution is accessible, more students with vision impairment feel confident to join the institution. Each device costs about 1.2L including the cost of manufacturing, setting up in the library, training the librarians, post implementation support. Let's join hands to make as many libraries accessible as possible.

What is the social issue we are addressing?

8 million tonnes of plastic leaks into oceans worldwide each year. The total number of affected species is 1,220 and rising. It is highly imperative for us to move into a sustainable world and promote circular economy. Because Nature knows no waste.

How are we addressing this social issue?

We work to bring about environmental & social impact based on the principles of circular economy and global commitment to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).To close the loop, we get manufactured a range of products recycled & upcycled from waste. These products:

• Use 1/3rd of the thermal energy
• Use 1/4th of the electrical power
• Use 1/10th of the water
Let's take a small step towards this goal by donating stationary to children from Government schools that are made from upcycled materials. These could include a wide range of products like writing pad, paper pens, recycled books and many more.

Let's support persons with lower limb amputation with prosthetic limbs

What is the social issue we are addressing?

The WHO estimates that today, only 1 in 10 people in need have access to assistive products, including prostheses and orthoses, because of their high cost and because of lack of awareness, availability, trained personnel, policy and financing.

• Lower Limb Amputations account for more than 90% of all Amputations.
• An Indian survey indicates that 2.22% of the total population has a lower limb disability
• Affordability and Access is main issue involving lower to middle income classes

How are we addressing this social issue?

Let's come together to donate prosthetic feet to persons with lower limb amputation. These prosthetic feet are advanced and composite for K1 to K4 Trans-Tibial (Below-knee) and Trans-Femoral (Above-knee) Amputees. They have successfully passed laboratory testing per ISO 22675 standards. BENEFITS
